The defendant in error was plaintiff and plaintiff in error was defendant in the trial court. When not otherwise designated, we shall refer to them as plaintiff and defendant, as aligned at the trial.
Plaintiff is trustee in bankruptcy of Sain T. Greene & Company, an insolvent corporation. He brought an action against the J. H. Hincke Printing Company and three other defendants, Cohen, Glavins and Agren, to set aside a fraudulent transfer of the bankrupt’s assets. The findings and decree were for plaintiff.
