On June 7, 2007, plaintiff Andrea Spie-gler (“Spiegler”), on behalf of herself and all others similarly situated, filed the instant putative class action in the Los An-geles County Superior Court against defendants Home Depot U.S.A., Inc., The Home Depot, Inc., Expo Design Center (the “Home Depot defendants”), and Does 1-100.
