In five points of error, Howard Van-Zandt Williams, the appellant, challenges the dismissal of this inmate case. We reform the judgment and affirm.

PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND

The appellant, an inmate in the Darring-ton Unit of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ), filed a petition in district court naming Darrington correctional officers Dana Brown and James Gonzalez as respondents.
