OPINION

SWEET, District Judge.

Defendants Teddy Ramos (“Ramos”) and Orlando Perez (“Perez”) have moved to suppress evidence against them. For the reasons set forth below, Ramos’ motion will be granted and Perez’s motion will be denied. Prior Proceedings
