Plaintiff appeals from an order denying her petition of September 6, 1961, and sustaining defendant’s motion to strike her petition of November 10, 1961. The September 6th petition sought to vacate orders entered December 13, 1960, and June 30, 1961, concerning the custody and religious training of the eight-year-old child of the parties. The November 10th petition, in addition to seeking to vacate the prior court orders, also sought to change the custody provisions regarding the child on the. grounds that the father, by reason of…
