This matter came before the Court on an adversary complaint for relief under 11 U.S.C. §§ 523(a)(5), (a)(6) and (a)(15). On plaintiffs motion in limine for a determination that plaintiffs claims accrued post-petition and are thus non-dischargeable, the Court grants relief.
