This is an action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff on account of the alleged negligence of the servants and employees of the.defendant company in managing and operating one of its trains of cars. The suit was brought in the circuit court of the city of St. Louis, and the cause was removed by change of venue to the St. Charles county circuit court.
