The first case, a suit in equity, is brought by the plaintiff as one of the three trustees under the will of Elizabeth F. Brigham, and also as a member of the defendant corporation Robert B. Brigham Hospital for Incurables, against his cotrustees under said will, the three trustees under the will of Robert B. Brigham, the Robert B. Brigham Hospital for Incurables, Joel E.
