This appeal is from a judgment in favor of appellees Steve G. Crokos and Louis H. George, rendered in an action brought by them and the Bankers Trust Company, Trustee, against appellants and all other appellees, for the foreclosure of a second real estate mortgage executed by appellant Marcello Gerometta and his wife, the appellee Marie E. Gerometta, and given to secure the payment of a note for the sum of $7,750.00, executed by said Marcello Gerometta only. All parties to the appeal, other than the Geromettas, were made defendants to the complaint, to answer to any interest they might claim…
