Burch, J.:

The action was one by the school district to recover taxes which the board of education received from property in the school district. Plaintiff recovered and defendant appeals.

The school district’s territory adjoins that of the board of education. For purposes of this case the Armour Grain Company’s property was taxable in the school district’s territory.
