SOTOMAYOR, Circuit Judge:

Defendant-appellant William Pena appeals from a judgment of conviction in the Western District of New York (Arcara, J.) for one count of possession with intent to distribute a substance containing cocaine base and one count of conspiracy to possess and distribute cocaine and a substance containing cocaine base. We affirm the district court’s judgment in all respects and hold that the same standards and procedures this Court set forth in United States v. Moore, 949 F.2d 68 (2d Cir.1991), to accommodate the confidentiality concerns associated with a defendant’s request…
