Of the cases cited in the mandate of the Supreme Court of the United States remanding the cause to this court, Miller v. California enunciates the standards applicable in determining whether material is obscene and thus “unprotected by the First Amendment.” Miller v. California (1973), 37 L. Ed. 2d 419, 430.

In the opinion in Miller, after noting “* * * the inherent dangers of undertaking to regulate any form of expression,” Chief Justice Burger, at pages 430-432, stated:
