INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff Sherielee Figueroa brings this action for sexual harassment and retaliation against Defendants KK Sub II, LLC, John Pharo, and Jennifer Hammel1 pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000-e- 2000e-17, and the New York State Human Rights Law ("NYSHRL"), N.Y.
