INTRODUCTION
The plaintiff, Pilgrim Insurance Company (“Pilgrim”) , brought a declaratory action against the defendants, Marie Puverge (“Puverge”), and her daughter, Marsha Molard (“Molard”), seeking a declaratory judgment that a policy issued to Puverge does not provide uninsured motorist benefits coverage to Molard for injuries stemming from an alleged motor vehicle accident occurring on or about October 16, 2002.
