Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed November 8, 1991, which ruled that claimant was disqualified from receiving unemployment insurance benefits because he voluntarily left his employment without good cause.
On June 12, 1990, claimant requested a leave of absence from June 18, 1990 to July 16, 1990 to take care of certain "family problems”. The employer denied the request and claimant, who last worked for the employer on June 15, 1990, subsequently applied for unemployment insurance benefits on or about August 20, 1990.
