The appellee Malick Joseph contracted with Tommy O’Bannon, a plumbing contractor in Vicksburg, Mississippi, for the installation of certain pipes and plumbing fixtures in an apartment building belonging to the appel*82lee at the original contract price of $4,400. During the progress of the work the parties agreed upon the substitution of smaller and cheaper kitchen sinks to be installed in the apartment house and this reduced the total price from $4,400 to $4,100.02.
