This is a suit for damages for personal injuries. Plaintiff recovered a,yerdict and judgment in the sum of $6000 and defendant has appealed.

The facts show that plaintiff, a man forty-one years of age, was on September 13, 1925, and ever since the previous January or February had been, employed by the defendant as a night watchman and janitor in its factory in North Kansas City. His hours were from six o’clock at night to six o’clock in the morning.
