Diana Bryan exhibited her bill on the equity side of the court against U. L. Houston, both in his individual capacity and as administrator of Diana Jordan, deceased, and others, for the purpose of recovering a portion of- a city lot situated in Savannah, which she alleged had been purchased at hi's own sale by the said Houston, administrator as aforesaid, not directly, but through the agency of another.
