COVINGTON, Judge.
Relator Josephine Woytus, plaintiff in a personal injury action, instituted a proceeding in prohibition in the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District, seeking to prohibit respondent trial judge, the Honorable Brendan Ryan, from compelling her to execute medical authorizations allowing defendants in the underlying suit to have ex parte discussions with relator’s treating physicians.
