MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

LIMBAUGH, District Judge.

This matter is before the Court on the plaintiffs expedited motion for leave to register judgment in a foreign jurisdiction (# 48), filed January 10, 1994. Responsive pleadings have been filed.

Plaintiff seeks leave from the Court to register the May 20, 1993 judgment (in its favor) in Tennessee in order to execute upon same. Plaintiff contends that 28 U.S.C. § 1963 permits this Court to enter an order, for good cause shown, allowing the plaintiff to register its judgment in Tennessee, even though post-judgment motions are pending.
