In the Matter of Disciplinary Proceedings Against Gilbert

¶ 1. Jill Gilbert has filed a petition seeking reinstatement of her license to practice law in Wisconsin. We determine, based on the referee's report, the conditional recommendation of the Office of Lawyer Regulation (OLR), and the conditional recommendation of the Board of Bar Examiners (BBE), that Attorney Gilbert's license to practice law in this state shall be reinstated upon certain conditions as set forth herein. We also remand this matter for a hearing on the advisability of expediting restitution payments to the client.
