The question involved here is whether or not item five (quoted below) of testator’s will authorized trustees un der that will to continue testator’s business, the management and control of which was left to them, also whether it authorized them by implication to advance a part of the principal of the estate at various times to continue and preserve that business.

Decedent died December 26, 1909, leaving a will probated January 4, 1910, wherein he gave his wife a life interest in his estate and made her executrix and trustee, and upon her death, his two sons, Herman…
