Friedman, J.), entered March 22, 1989, which, inter alia> granted defendant New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation’s motion to dismiss the complaint, unanimously modified, on the law, and the complaint reinstated as to defendant New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation, and, except as thus modified, affirmed, without costs or disbursements.
