MACKEY K. HANCOCK, Justice.

Appellant, Johnie Ray Thomas, appeals the decision of the trial court to adjudicate him guilty of the offense of credit card abuse. 1 We affirm.

Factual and Procedural Background

Appellant entered into a plea bargain with the State on March 18, 2002. In exchange for his plea of guilty to the indicted offense of credit card abuse, appellant was placed on deferred adjudication for five years and ordered, among other things, to pay restitution.
