Bryan Coker (Claimant) petitions for a review of a December 8, 2003 order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) affirming the January 14, 2003 order of a Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ). The WCJ had granted in part Claimant’s petition to review compensation benefits and denied Claimant’s petition to modify compensation benefits. The primary issue before us is whether a claimant can receive concurrent payments of both total disability benefits and specific loss benefits, when the amount of total disability benefits he receives has been reduced by a disability…
