Plaintiff Curtis Owens appeals a summary judgment of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, Thomas C. Platt, Chief Judge, dismissing this 42 U.S.C. § 1983 action in which Owens alleged that racially motivated police brutality had coerced his confession to a murder and robbery.
