GERSHON, District Judge:
Plaintiff John Hancock Life Insurance Company (“John Hancock”) brings this action to rescind a policy of life insurance issued to Laryssa Vasserman, the decedent, alleging that Ms. Vasserman made material misrepresentations in her application for the policy.
