The prior opinion signed November 3, 1987 is modified in form only to omit the first names of the parties involved, and is hereby amended in such respects only.
This is a § 523(a)(6) complaint to determine dischargeability. Following are the Court’s amended findings of fact and conclusions of law under Bankruptcy Rule 7052.
