BUFFINGTON, Circuit Judge.
[1] This is a petition preferred by Morris Magen and Jacob Magen, bankrupts, to review an order of the District Court refusing to dismiss specifications Nos. 2 and 4 of objections to the discharge of said bankrupts. The second specification is:
“The bankrupts have with intent to conceal their true financial condition, and in contemplation of bankruptcy, destroyed, concealed, or failed to keep books of account or records from which such condition might be ascertained.”
