ORDER DENYING CERTIFICATE OF APPEALABILITY AND DISMISSING APPEAL

Pablo Bucio, a federal prisoner, seeks to appeal from the district court’s denial of his 28 U.S.C. § 2255 Motion to Vacate, Set Aside or Correct Sentence. The motion claimed ineffective assistance of counsel with respect to both of his trial attorneys. We deny his request for a Certificate of Appealability (COA).
