Entela Ruga, 1 a native and citizen of Albania, petitions this Court for review from a decision of the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA). The BIA’s decision affirmed an Immigration Judge’s (IJ) finding that Ms. Ruga was subject to removal and ineligible for relief from deportation under the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) because she knowingly filed a frivolous application for asylum.
