McGINLEY, Judge.

Letty Ashe (Claimant) petitions for review of an order of the Workmen’s Compensation Appeal Board (Board) that affirmed a referee’s decision that granted a termination petition on behalf of Evergreen Homes Inc. (Employer) and terminated Claimant’s benefits effective August 26, 1992. We affirm.

On November 9, 1990, while attempting to move a patient, Claimant suffered a work-related back injury described as “lumbar sprain/lumbar disc syndrome.” Employer’s insurer, the State Workers’ Insurance Fund *1307(SWIF) issued a notice of compensation payable providing Claimant with $250.50 in…
