On November 2, 2011, this court entered an Order to Show Cause which directed attorney Alberto Hernandez to appear on December 7, 2011 and explain apparent violations of Fed. R. Bankr.P. 9011(b) and 11 U.S.C. § 526(a)(2). For the reasons below, Mr. Hernandez is hereby sanctioned for prosecuting five claim objections in violation of Rule 9011(b).
