*535Attorney Regulation. The Presiding Disciplinary Judge suspended Daniel Sean Duggan (Attorney Registration Number 17790) for eighteen months, effective August 9, 2012. Duggan failed to pay a vendor fees for services rendered, failed to respond to requests for information from the Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel, practiced law while suspended, failed to notify his clients and opposing counsel of his suspension, failed to file an affidavit concerning his efforts to wind up his practice, and neglected to pay court-ordered costs.
