THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee From the 54th District Court McLennan County, Texas Trial Court No. 2008-1232-C2 MEMORANDUM OPINION A jury convicted Robert Grim of aggravated robbery and sentenced him to thirty years in prison. On appeal, Grim challenges: (1) the denial of his motion to suppress; (2) the legal and factual sufficiency of the evidence to support the jury’s deadly weapon finding; and (3) the definition of “robbery” in the trial court’s jury charge.
