RAMSEY, Judge.
Appellant was convicted in the county court of Eastland County on a charge of unlawfully selling intoxicating liquors in violation of the local option law.
While there are several questions raised by the record, there are only two matters that require attention, both of which have been well briefed by both counsel for the appellant and for the State.
