SÁNCHEZ, District Judge.
Jacques Geisenberger, a practicing bankruptcy attorney from Lancaster, Pennsylvania, challenges the constitutionality of certain “debt relief agency” provisions contained in the recently-enacted Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act (BAPCPA).
