MEMORANDUM AND ORDER ON CROSS-MOTIONS FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

On March 3, 2004, plaintiffs Donna Manchester and Noemia Camara brought this lawsuit against their former employer, Main Street Textiles, L.P. (Main Street), and Main Street’s corporate parents, Joan Fabrics Services, LLC, and Joan Fabrics Corporation. Plaintiffs allege that Main Street terminated them without the 60-day notice required by § 2102 of the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 2101-2109.
