—Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: On appeal from a judgment convicting him upon his plea of guilty of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree (Penal Law § 265.02 [1]), defendant contends that Supreme Court erred in denying his motion to suppress a revolver and oral statements to the police.
