HIGGINS. Tustice.

The widow in community of the decedent appealed from the judgment of the district court, holding that the plaintiff was the legitimate daughter of the deceased by his first wife and is entitled, as his sole forced heir, to inherit his one-half interest in the community of acquets and gains which existed between him and his second wife. The case primarily involves issues of fact. We have carefully reviewed the record and it is our conclusion that the learned trial judge has clearly stated the issues, properly analyzed the evidence and correctly applied the law, and, therefore,…
