Affirming.

The City of Louisville, by ordinance of December-31, 1929 (1931 compilation of General Ordinances,, page 282), provided a shop for the repair of automobiles and other equipment of its police department under the department of public safety. The employees' in that division acquired a civil service status, under chapter 115, Acts 1926 (section 2866-1 et seq., Kentucky Statutes).
