— Appeal by the defendant *607from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County (Samenga, J.), rendered January 20, 1982, convicting him of murder in the second degree (nine counts), burglary in the first degree (two counts), and attempted rape in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial, after a hearing, of that branch of the defendant’s omnibus motion which was to suppress evidence.
Judgment affirmed.
The hearing court properly refused to suppress evidence obtained pursuant to a warrant authorizing a search of the defendant’s home.…
