In December, 1915, Wilbur Eisher and wife executed an oil, gas and mineral lease to the Producers’ Oil Company on a certain 15-aere tract of land out of the William Bloodgood augmentation survey in a portion of what is now called Barbers’ Hill oil field, in Chambers county, Tex. Subsequently, Eisher, the original lessor, conveyed to Walter Keeble, one of the defendants in error here, the north 5 acres of said 15 acres. Keeble then conveyed to Charles Ü.
