Plaintiff Dennis M. Bailey (“Bailey”) is a Caucasian male over the age of 46 years who is currently employed by defendant Anne Arundel County (the “County”) as a lieutenant in the Anne Arundel County Police Department. In this civil action, plaintiff has sued the County under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e, et seq.
