I. The indictment is as follows:
“The grand jury of the county of Mills, and in the name and by the authority of the State of Iowa, accuse Houston Brewer of the crime of robbery, committed as follows:
“The said defendant on the 30th day of August, A. D. 1879, in the county and State aforesaid, in and upon one E. Morrison, feloniously and with force and violence did make, and the said E. Morrison in bodily fear and danger of his life then and there feloniously did put, and ten dollars, of the value of ten dollars, the property of the said E.
