The plaintiff, the Southern New England Telephone Company (“SNET”), has brought this action against the defendant, Global Naps, Inc. (“Global”), for damages and injunctive relief arising out of the use of SNET’s telephonic networking facilities by Global. SNET asserts claims for the breach of applicable federal and state tariffs and for breach of an interconnection agreement between the two parties.
