LAWSON, Justice.

This is an appeal from a decree of the circuit court of Washington County, in equity, overruling the demurrer of G. W. Petcher interposed to .the bill filed against him by L. V. Rounsaville, Jr., Doris Rounsaville Plooper, and Mrs. B. D. Clark.

The pertinent parts of the bill, including the prayer for relief, are as follows:
