—In an action to re*185cover on a mortgage note, the defendants appeal (1) from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (McCarty, J.), dated September 1, 1998, which denied their motion to vacate a judgment of the same court entered January 16, 1998, upon their default in opposing the plaintiffs’ motion for summary judgment, and (2), as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the same court, dated October 23, 1998, as, upon reargument, adhered to the original determination.
Ordered that the appeal from the order dated September 1, 1998, is dismissed, as that order was superseded…
