This case is before this Court upon the appeal of Transamerica Commercial Finance Corporation (hereinafter “Transamerica”) from the July 20, 1992 order of the Circuit Court of Taylor County which found that the security interest the appellee, the Blueville Bank of Grafton (hereainafter “Blueville Bank”), had in certain inventory has priority over the security interest that Transamerica has in the same inventory.
