This appeal arises out of a dispute between the owners of a self-storage facility and the general contractor they hired to construct additional storage units on their property. Defendants James and Debra Poplin appeal from a judgment awarding plaintiff Fostveit damages on his claims for foreclosure of a construction lien and breach of contract.1 Defendants also appeal a supplemental judgment awarding attorney fees to plaintiff.
